CCA accepts committments offered by Coca-Cola Hrvatska

Within the set deadline Coca-Cola submitted evidence that it has fulfilled the commitments contained in the decision of the Croatian Competition Agency of 29 November 2019.

After having examined the evidence submitted by the undertaking concerned the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) established that Coca-Cola Hrvatska fully complied with the undertaken commitments specified under the decision of the CCA.

The acceptance of the committments by the CCA means the closure of the infringement proceeding against the undertaking concerned.
