CCA notice on HT invitation to tender for the acquisition of shares in OT-Optima Telekom d.d.
The Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) notifies the public that pursuant to its notice of 28 February 2020, Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (HT) informed the public on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 3 March 2020 that regarding the Invitation for Submission of Offers for the Acquisition of Shares in OT-OPTIMA TELEKOM d.d. (the “Invitation”) that requires HT to change the requirements laid down in item 2 of the Invitation (Bidders Eligible to Participate in Tender) by deleting the text “and the proved relevant expert experience in the area of telecommunications” and the extension of the deadline for submitting the bids. HT accepted the comments of the CCA and published the extension of the deadline for the submittal of the bids until 18 March 2020 at 16:00 hours CET and changed the above-mentioned Invitation requirements.
