CCA accepts HT/Optima trustee reports on implementation of remedies

After having ordered to the trustee that it should particularly refer to the concrete remarks and comments of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) and the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) relating to the Fifth Semi-Annual Trustee Report, the CCA accepted the joint fifth and sixth annual trustee report.

Here the CCA particularly notes that the purpose of the report cannot be regarded as any kind of influence or scrutiny of the CCA over the managing of Optima during the time period of the concentration, but exclusively as monitoring exercised by the trustee and the CCA regarding the implementation of remedies within the set deadlines as specified under all CCA decisions defining the duration of the conditionally approved concentration between HT and Optima that merged with H1.
