OECD mission in the area of competition

After the Republic of Croatia has been given the status of a candidate country in January 2022 the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) additionally intensified its activities in the accession discussion for OECD membership. Following the comprehensive initial questionnaire for accession comprising a review of the institutional and legislative framework in the area of competition and the CCA enforcement record, the first OECD mission will take place on the CCA premises from 6 – 10 February.

In the course of the mission the OECD experts Ori Schwartz, Head of the OECD Competition Division, Aura Garcia and Geatano Lapenta) will meet the representatives of the ministries, agencies, public institutions, courts, attorneys and the CCA expert staff.
