Organized by the European Commission's Representation in Croatia and by the Croatian Competition Agency the 22nd Competition Day was held yesterday in Zagreb. The participants discussed the future of competition policy merger control in the context of public interest and the recently adopted ECN+ Directive to empower the competition authorities of the Member States to be more effective enforcers and to ensure the proper functioning of the internal market.
