Prohibited agreements (cartels) between undertakings that are considered the most serious infringements of competition law, were explained through a concrete example of a prohibited agreement concluded between the driving schools in Split. EU law in this area was also presented through a selection of cases of the General Court and examples from the European Commission practice.<\/p>\n<p>Vesna Patrlj, head of Competition Division, informed the participants about the procedures carried out by the CCA, recent amendments to the Competition Act, and particularly about the settlement in competition law.
