PricewaterhouseCoopers is appointed Trustee in concentration Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate over Sunčani Hvar and Sunčani Hvar nekretnine
After the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) on 22 January 2025 assessed the concentration between the undertakings Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o. with its seat in Zagreb, over the undertakings Sunčani Hvar d.d. with its seat in Hvar, and Sunčani Hvar nekretnine d.o.o. with its seat in Hvar, as conditionally compatible subject to accepted commitments that must be fulfilled with the view to eliminating the anticompetitive effects of the concentration in question within the set time limits, the Competition Council conditionally approved the Trustee Mandate in its session of 1 April 2025.

The Trustee shall carry out the functions relating to the monitoring of the implementation of the commitments of the parties to this conditionally approved concentration and shall submit written reports to the CCA to ensure the compliance with the agreed commitments.
