The Ordinance on the amendments to the Ordinance on agricultural and food products, perishable agricultural and food products and produce that is highly sensitive to production and market variability was published in Official Gazette 130/21 on 1 December 2021 and entered into force on 9 December 2021.

The list of agricultural and food products, perishable agricultural and food products and produce that is highly sensitive to production and market variability becomes applicable on 1 March 2022.
