Enforcement Procedure

The Commissioner for Information of the Republic of Croatia is responsible for enforcing the Act on the accessibility of websites and software solutions for mobile devices of public sector bodies (Official Gazette 17/19).
Inspections regarding the compliance with the Act on the accessibility of websites and software solutions for mobile devices of public sector bodies (Official Gazette, 17/19) are carried out by inspectors and other authorized officers of the Commissioner’s Office.
The inspections follow the provisions of the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette 25/13 and 85/15).
