Appointment of a Trustee in concentration Grand Automotive LLP / Renault Nissan
After the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) on 9 August 2022 assessed the concentration between the undertakings Grand Automotive LLP with its seat in Israel, Hachazon Street 2, Ramla 72102, registration number: 550215719, and GRAND AUTOMOTIVE RD Ltd., with its seat in Israel, 2 Hachazon, Ramla, over the undertaking Renault Nissan Hrvatska trgovina vozilima d.o.o., with its seat in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 47, VAT ID: 30985203273, as conditionally compatible subject to commitments that must be fulfilled with the view to eliminating the anticompetitive effects of the concentration in question within the set time limits, the Competition Council approved the Trustee Mandate in its session of 21 December 2022 by the adoption of the Agreement between the Trustee and Grand Automotive LLP and the Trustees Program.

The Trustee shall carry out the functions relating to the monitoring of the implementation of the commitments of the parties to the concentration and shall submit a written report to the CCA to ensure the compliance with the agreed commitments.
