Cartel enforcement in the EU: Advanced competition law training

The Academy of European Law (ERA) and the Croatian Competition Agency invite you to join us on 5 and 6 October 2023 in Zagreb, Croatian Employers`​ Association (HUP), Radnička cesta 37a, to get updated on the recent trends and developments in the EU cartel enforcement.

Special attention will be paid to the latest jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union, recent investigations of the European Commission, the implications of the new Horizontal Block Exemption Regulations and Horizontal Guidelines, leniency and settlements, and the challenges for cartel enforcement in the digital era.
