Implementation of remedies in concentration HT/Optima
In addition, the trustee reported to the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) that in line with the decision of the CCA of 9 June 2017 on conditionally approved concentration between the undertakings HT and Optima, HT started to take steps with respect to the organisation of a competitive tendering process for the sale of Optima’s shares. In that sense it committed itself to publishing a sale tender in the acclaimed print version of the international daily newspaper The Financial Times.
The trustee also reported that the information thereabout will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The CCA will timely inform the public of any further steps in this procedure on its website.
